Fine Dining

Katie, the head chef has trained with some of the best Scottish chefs including Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles Hotel. Katie creates daily bespoke menus for the guests and prides herself on using fresh, local produce and traditional Hebridean recipes wherever possible.

The fine dining experience consists of a 4 course set menu created and cooked to individual dietary requirements and tastes. Enjoy coffee, tea or perhaps select a night cap from the extensive whisky menu before retiring for a peaceful nights sleep.

Booking for dinner is essential and bookings made from non staying guests are welcome. Average dinner cost per person is £58.

Throughout the evening and before dinner is served guests can enjoy an aperitif or cocktail in the licensed bar and enjoy the warm fire and stunning views from the lounge and conservatory.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7.30am – 9.30am (an earlier booking can be made if you’re making an early start on your Harris explorations.) A full Scottish breakfast and Continental breakfast are available daily and is included in the room rate.

All fruit is freshly prepared and all sourced from the UK and the freshly squeezed orange juice is a delicious way to start your day.
